Make Travel Insurance Your Priority!
Travel Insurance is arguably one of the most
important arrangements that you’ll make for your trip, which is why
we’ve made Travel Insurance a mandatory requirement for anyone
participating in one of our programmes.
During the processing of your programme, we will ask you to provide a
copy of your insurance cover to us for our files. When taking out your
insurance, there are some important considerations you need to take into

meets all your needs.
It is advisable to take out your
travel insurance at the time of booking your trip as cover will
commence for pre-departure cancellation from the policy issue
date. This will, therefore, provide cover should you have to
cancel your trip for an insured reason such illness or serious
accident preventing you from travelling.
Check that the cover provided in
your travel insurance policy is appropriate for your TWW
program, for your wider travel itinerary, and for any other
requirements as might be applicable.

limitations, exclusions, and the section on ‘how to make a

Travel Insurance is a mandatory
requirement for participation in a TWW program.
As part of the application process,
you are required to provide us with the following information:
the name of the insurance company
the policy number
the period of cover (i.e. the policy
start & finish dates)
the 24 hour medical emergency

and/or assistance on travel insurance it is provided for general
